En su defensa, Roberto Celedón, argumentó que su llegada al lugar se dio después de las 5 de la mañana, hora en que se daba fin a la medida restrictiva y que en el espacio no se excedía el máximo de 50 personas.
«Como conocedor de las normas que había en el municipio para la noche de velitas, no infringí el marco normativo (…) que contemplaba toque de queda desde las 10:00 p. m. del 7 hasta las 5:00 a. m. del 8 de diciembre», aseguró el alcalde.
