El primer reproche a la ministra surgió cuando se conoció la contratación de su esposo holandés, Sjoerd Van Grootheest, quien trabajará liderando la estrategia de comunicación sobre sustitución de cultivos ilícitos en Colombia del Fondo Colombia en Paz.
De acuerdo con el contrato, a Grootheest se le pagará $128.770.332 durante un año, lo que significa que recibirá $10.730.861 mensuales.
El segundo reproche ya pasó a instancias judiciales. La Procuraduría y la Fiscalía está indagando un presunto tráfico de influencias de su parte porque, al parecer, la ministra usó su poder para que funcionarios de Migración Colombia salir del país a su hijo menor de edad sin el permiso exige la ley.
