Se trata del representante a la Cámara, César Lorduy, del partido Cambio Radical, una bancada bastante cercana al clan Char de Barranquilla.
En las últimas horas Lorduy ha estado en boca de la opinión pública, ya que impulsó un proyecto de ley que han catalogado en redes como “Ley Mordaza”, por atentar contra la libertad de prensa.
Durante la noche del pasado 6 de diciembre, con 67 votos en contra y 51 votos a favor, la Cámara defendió un artículo que puede resultar en la restricción de la labor periodística y en el control a las acciones de los funcionarios públicos.
El polémico punto está en el proyecto que busca “adoptar medidas en materia de transparencia, prevención y lucha contra la corrupción”.
Sin embargo, en redes sociales salió a flote que Lorduy estuvo involucrado en un asesinato hace 43 años, en donde la victima fue una niña de 16 años.
Este hecho ha generado todo tipo de comentarios en redes, en donde varios usuarios manifestaron que: «Se les olvida que el autor del artículo que penaliza a los periodistas o activistas que hablen mal de los funcionarios públicos, asesinó hace 43 años a una niña, fue detenido, judicializado y al final el crimen prescribió».
