Hace algunos días la Corte Suprema de Justicia ordenó pruebas para determinar la culpabilidad o negligencia del expresidente Uribe cuando fue gobernador en los años 1996 y 1997, frente a los ataques ocurridos a la población civil de Ituango, Antioquia, por las AUC (Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia).
En este proceso se recogen dos masacres, el crimen de Jesús María Valle y nexos con grupos paramilitares.

Ante esto, el representante de las víctimas de la masacre de El Aro, La Granja y San Roque, Miguel Ángel del Río solicitó a la Fiscalía General de la Nación que el expresidente sea llamado a indagatoria.
Es preciso resaltar que el defensor hizo esta solicitud ante la compulsa de copias realizada por la Corte Suprema de Justicia a la Fiscalía.
A través de su cuenta de Twitter, Miguel Ángel escribió: “Como representación de victima de la masacre del aro, de la granja, San Roque y el asesinato de Jesús Maria Valle solicitaré a la fiscalía que Álvaro Uribe sea llamado a indagatoria.”
