Este martes 13 de septiembre se conocerá el tiempo de condena que tendría que pagar la reconocida influencer.
Hace una semana Aída Victoria Merlano fue condenada por su presunta responsabilidad en la fuga de su madre, la excongresista Aída Merlano en un consultorio odontológico ubicado al norte de Bogotá.
En ese contexto, la creadora de contenido para redes sociales aseguró que la Fiscalía General de la Nación estaba pidiendo 17 años de prisión sin posibilidad de tener casa por cárcel.

“Apelaremos la decisión con toda la determinación para establecer precisamente la ausencia de responsabilidad penal. Probaremos la inocencia de Aida Victoria Merlano“, señaló en su momento el destacado abogado Miguel Ángel del Río.
Sin embargo, mucho se ha hablado del tiempo de cárcel que tendría que pagar Merlano teniendo en cuenta los 17 años que ella misma expresó a través de un video.
De acuerdo con el artículo 449 del Código Penal, la persona que favorezca la fuga de “un detenido, capturado o condenado” pagaría entre 6 y 12 años en la cárcel.
El abogado Hernando Herrera dio a conocer a través de Caracol Radio cuál podría ser el tiempo mínimo de Merlano en prisión: “Ella podría ir de este mínimo: 120 meses y un día, que equivale a 10 años y un día de cárcel”

17 años sin opción a casa por carcel a la hija de Aida Merlano por saber sobre su fuga. Pero el tipo que que asesino con su camioneta a 6 jóvenes inocentes solo le dan 7 años de domiciliaria. Y a Iván Duque que lo financió un narcotraficante, ni lo voltearon a mi mirar.
