El presidente venezolano, Nicolás Maduro, se despachó en contra de su homólogo Iván Duque, al señalar que el mandatario ejecuta una «conspiración en contra Venezuela».
Este martes, en medio de su ‘mensaje anual’, Maduro se refirió al anuncio de Duque en el que mencionó que no incluirá en el plan de vacunación contra el COVID-19 a los migrantes venezolanos que se encuentran de manera irregular en Colombia.
Tras la noticia, el presidente venezolano calificó a Iván Duque como xenofobico e incluso lo comparó con Adolf Hitler.
«Lo último que anunció Duque es que cuando lleguen las vacunas a Colombia, que él dice que compró, los venezolanos no serán vacunados; no se había visto desde el tiempo de Hitler una expresión de xenofobia y desprecio tan grande», dijo Maduro.
Así mismo, el jefe de Estado del país vecino habló acerca de una supuesta conspiración en contra de Venezuela, en la cual aseguró que el mandatario colombiano contagió de Covid a un grupo migrantes para que al retornar a su país incrementaran los casos de coronavirus.
Por otro lado, en lo que corresponde a las vacunas, Duque enfatizó en su preocupación por los migrantes venezolanos y solicitó ayuda a la comunidad internacional para poder adquirir los recursos para su vacunación.
No obstante, el Gobierno venezolano criticó la solicitud y dijo que era un «pedigüeño».
