En su última emisión Noticias Uno reveló que la Fiscalía quiere inspeccionar su archivo para obtener el audio o video de la transmisión de ese noticiero del 19 de octubre de 2013, en la emisión nocturna. Lo que fue tomado por el medio de comunicación como una “toma” y un “allanamiento”.
La directora de la red independiente, Cecilia Orozco, escribió en su cuenta de Twitter:

Es importante resaltar que la revelación de Noticias Uno se da en medio del escándalo que pesa sobre lo aprobado esta semana en la Cámara de Representantes, pues esa corporación defendió la inclusión de un artículo a un proyecto de ley, el cual podría endurecer penas a quienes incurran en injuria y calumnia contra funcionarios públicos.
