El principal sistema de transporte de Bogotá es catalogado por miles de ciudadanos como «Ineficiente, inhumano y costoso», sin embargo Peñalosa, quien pocas veces habrá utilizado TransMilenio piensa lo contrario.
“La gente que dice que TransMilenio es terrible, que es privado, que es el neoliberalismo, privatizador, al revés, lo que había antes de TransMilenio sí era un sistema totalmente capitalista salvaje”, indicó el precandidato presidencial.
Pero adicional a eso, el 2 veces exalcalde de Bogotá aseguró que su modelo de transporte es más estatal y organizado y que incluso, ha sido de los proyectos más ejemplares que se han hecho en el país.
«No ha habido un invento tecnológico colombiano tan importante como TransMilenio, nada que se haya inventando en Colombia ha tenido tanto impacto a nivel internacional como Transmilenio», dice el exalcalde en el video.
