En medio de la celebración del maestro Fernando Botero por sus 90 años, el hijo del expresidente Juan Manuel Santos, Martín Santos, hizo un reclamo por la decisión del gobierno Duque de retirar la escultura de la Casa de Nariño.
“El gobierno actual hizo sacar esta paloma de la paz (regalo de Fernando Botero) de la Casa de Nariño. ¿La volverían a instalar Petro, Fico, Fajardo, Rodolfo Hernández, Ingrid Betancourt?“, publicó Martín.
De inmediato y sin haberlo mencionado, el jefe de comunicaciones de la Casa de Nariño, Hassan Nassar, le contestó: “Estimado, las #FakeNews no pueden ocultar la verdad, hay que documentarse mejor antes de divulgar falacias“.

Fue en este momento cuando empezó a subir el tono de la conversación, pues Santos respondió: “Apreciado futurólogo de Twitter, eso ocurrió durante el empalme y por eso se trasladó mientras se podía. Ud fue nombrado casi 8 meses después pero lógicamente jamás van a aceptarlo. Saludos @HassNassar“.
Al parecer, y bastante molesto, el funcionario público replicó: “Estimado “mantenido, vago y bobo” cómo se te conoce en Twitter y en la vida real, no insistas en las #FakeNews. Te adjunto hasta el email donde solicitan el traslado al museo, las razones y quienes lo solicitan“.
“Altísimo nivel argumentativo del director de comunicación de Palacio. Por supuesto que fue voluntad de JMS y así quedó plasmado en los documentos. No iban a expresarle la verdadera razón al maestro Botero. No es un misterio que al gobierno no le gusta el acuerdo ¿O a veces si?..“, finalizó Martín.
En redes sociales ya existen miles de comentarios en contra de Nassar, pues la ciudadanía y varios periodistas aseguran que el funcionario representa “lo que está mal con este gobierno“.
