El representante Jhon Fredy Núñez quien ocupa una de las curules de paz, estuvo en entrevista con la W Radio hablando sobre el proyecto que pretende reducirle el salario a los congresistas y que viene impulsando el senador Jota Pe Hernández.
Según Núñez, él nunca se encontró con el senador para conocer de primera mano el proyecto que generado miles de comentarios en el legislativo.

Incluso, indicó que el Congreso de la República tiene “varios matices y elementos que no están siendo tenidos en cuenta en el proyecto”.
“Llegamos a la capital y nos toca tener gastos como pagar arriendos y combustible (…) en regiones tenemos que andar con escoltas, dos o tres carros más asesores. Es un desgaste para poder cumplirle a la gente”, aseguró el representante.
Sin embargo, uno de los momentos que más llamó la atención fue cuando Jhon Fredy aseguró que “nunca había aguantado tanta hambre como en el Congreso“, una declaración que provocó la inmediata reacción de los periodistas.
“Yo nunca en mi vida había aguantado tanta hambre como había aguantado aquí en el Congreso. Cuando nos citan a plenarias a las 9:00 de la mañana y salimos a las 8:00 de la noche, no podemos movernos”
