Los departamentos más afectados por la violencia en el país son: Antioquia, Cauca, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Chocó, Córdoba, Valle del Cauca, Atlántico, Arauca, Huila, Magdalena, Tolima, Caldas, Bolívar y Meta.
La ola de violencia que se ha recrudecido desde la llegada al poder del Gobierno uribista de Iván Duque, más los diversos escándalos y situaciones no esclarecidas por parte del presidente Iván Duque y de la vicepresidenta Marta Lucía Ramírez, han generado una carencia de credibilidad y una falta de confianza de la ciudadanía en el Estado colombiano, así como en sus instituciones, tanto de las tres ramas del poder, como de los organismos de control, los cuales están manejados por fichas del uribismo y/o del Gobierno.
Lo anterior no es más que la muestra de que en Colombia la democracia cada vez es más limitada, y aunque suene sensacionalista, por el contrario, pareciera que el uribismo llevara a Colombia hacia una tiranía con rumbo a dictadura. Por si las dudas, el más reciente proyecto del uribismo busca que los militares puedan votar, y teniendo en cuenta la cercanía del uribismo hacia los militares, es inminente que en un futuro escenario electoral, gran parte de los votos de los militares se irían con el candidato que diga Uribe. Además, dentro de las funciones de los militares NO ESTÁ que participen en política ni en contiendas electorales.
Las masacres y la violencia han estado dirigidas contra jóvenes, líderes y lideresas sociales, lideres ambientales, defensores y defensoras de derechos humanos, exguerrilleros reincorporados del partido FARC, pueblos indígenas, comunidades negras, y campesinas y campesinos.
Según informó la Contraloría, tras la asignación del presupuesto que definió el Gobierno Duque, la implementación de los acuerdos de paz se demorarían más de 25 años, sin hablar de la difícil situación financiera que podría afrontar la JEP.
La educación está en cuidados intensivos, en diferentes universidades del país, los y las estudiantes y docentes se han unido para pedirle y exigirle al Gobierno Duque #MatrículaCero, pues con el COVID-19 y la manera compleja como el Gobierno ha manejado la pandemia, ocasionó una masiva deserción educativa, no solo en universidades públicas, sino también en universidades privadas. Varios estudiantes se encuentran en Huelga de Hambre x la Educación y se han hecho sentir, pues el Gobierno Duque y algunos rectores no han tenido voluntad para dar salvavidas a los estudiantes, como si el conocimiento y el aprendizaje no fuera importante para estos funcionarios.
Los y las artistas y el sector de la cultura también han sido gravemente golpeados por el COVID-19, hay mas de 300 teatros sólo en Bogotá cerrados, los grupos musicales no se han podido presentar, y al parecer, para el Gobierno Duque la Cultura no es una prioridad, y tampoco parece tener el más mínimo interés en ayudar y brindar apoyos para la Cultura.
Mientras el Gobierno Duque lanza salvavidas a empresas como Avianca, las universidades se desfinancian, los estudiantes se quedan sin acceso a la educación, el Gobierno juega con los fondos de pensiones, los hospitales en algunas regiones del país se saturan, se quedan sin insumos, sin elementos de bioseguridad y en los casos más complejos y extremos se quedan sin UCI.
El Gobierno Duque, las EPS, LAS ARL y varios empleadores, se acordaron muy tarde que su obligación y deber era proteger a todo el personal de la salud, tanto así que el mismo personal de la salud le tocó hacer plantones, huelgas, movilizaciones, performance, acciones colectivas en redes sociales, y diferentes llamados de atención a través de canales de comunicación.
No se puede dejar a un lado la forma como el Gobierno Duque ha manejado la crisis económica en el país por el COVID-19, con sus acciones y decisiones políticas está visto, que este Gobierno sólo le lanza salvavidas a las personas de su círculo familiar, como lo es en el caso de AVIANCA, mientras que los trabajadores informales, los micro y pequeños empresarios, los comerciantes y diversos sectores productivos del país se debaten entre la vida y la muerte de sus negocios, esperando una ayuda de los bancos y del Gobierno, ayuda la cual pareciera que no fuera a llegar.
En los últimos días algunos congresistas que defienden los intereses de multinacionales se han empeñado por meter un mico en la Ley de Regalías, se trata del Artículo de Fracking, que si bien fue eliminado por el Senado de la República, y que ahora el proyecto va a conciliación entre Cámara y Senado, será tarea de los congresistas que protegen a la biodiversidad, a nuestros recursos naturales y a la naturaleza, impedir que de nuevo los congresistas pro fracking vuelvan a intentar hacer una jugadita en la Ley de Regalías.
No solo el fracking amenaza al medio ambiente, pues desde que fue pilar del Estado, la locomotora minero-energética, durante el Gobierno Santos, ese gobierno no quiso que Colombia suscribiera el acuerdo de ESCAZÚ, y con la llegada del uribismo en cabeza de Iván Duque al poder, este Gobierno si bien suscribió el acuerdo en diciembre del 2019, para que sea efectivo se tiene que expedir una ley para que sea vinculante y haga parte del ordenamiento jurídico de Colombia. Dicha ley no se ha expedido, y algunos congresistas no estarían de acuerdo, así como empresas y sectores económicos del país, que no les convendría que Escazú sea incluido en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano.
Escazú es un Acuerdo Regional sobre el Acceso a la Información, la Participación Pública y el Acceso a la Justicia en Asuntos Ambientales en América Latina y el Caribe. El acuerdo propone la protección para los y las lideres ambientales, desde los Derechos Humanos. Pero también como refuerzo para la participación ciudadana, este acuerdo busca fortalecer la participación de las comunidades y sus territorios para la toma de decisiones. Es pilar del acuerdo consolidar los derechos de acceso a la información ambiental, por parte de las comunidades y la ciudadanía, la participación pública en la toma de decisiones ambientales, así como el acceso a la justicia en asuntos ambientales.
Estas situaciones a las cuales el Gobierno Duque les resta importancia y atención, han llevado a que varios sectores del país decidieran desarrollar varias movilizaciones y acciones colectivas de protesta y rechazo, hacia las MASACRES, la VIOLENCIA y la INDIFERENCIA E INACCIÓN del Gobierno de Iván Duque.
Habrá tres jornadas de movilización en Colombia para el mes de septiembre, empezando con #4S, AGÚZATE: ¡NI UN MUERTO MÁS NI UNA MASACRE MÁS! ¡TODO POR LA VIDA Y POR LA PAZ!
Esta movilización tendrá lugar el viernes 4 de septiembre, con amplio apoyo de sectores sociales y progresistas de Colombia, que iniciará a las 6 de la tarde en diferentes partes del territorio nacional y en diferentes partes del mundo.
La segunda movilización es Movilización Nacional el #S13 convocado por diferentes sectores agrupados en el MOVIMIENTO POR LA VIDA (MoVIDA), quienes hacen un llamado para que en #SeptiembreEnMovidaXLaVida y hacen la siguiente reflexión, con las declaraciones de la lideresa del Cauca y gobernadora indígena del Cauca, Cristina Bautista, quien fue asesinada y dio su vida en defensa del territorio: “Si hablamos nos matan. Si no hablamos, también”.
Y por último está la movilización del #21S Jornada Nacional por la Vida y por la Paz, con la reflexión “Nunca Más GUERRA para la JUVENTUD 21S”. De la cual hacen partes sectores del país que se la han jugado por la paz como la Organización REDEPAZ, que buscan que el Estado y el Gobierno Duque garantice la vida.
