Esta petición se realiza ante la inminente posibilidad de que sea encarcelado en La Picota después de ser deportado a Colombia.

Este tribunal señala que en sus declaraciones, tanto públicas como privadas, Mancuso ha mencionado a más de 300 personas, incluyendo a Álvaro Uribe.
