La denuncia la hizo pública el congresista Antonio Sanguino en su cuenta oficial de Twitter.
Mediante un informe detallado, el congresista de la Alianza Verde reveló que el gobernador del departamento del Cesar, Luis Monsalvo Gnecco, estaría cometiendo actos de corrupción en los diferentes contratos de obras civiles.
Además, Sanguino aseguró que los materiales usados en las obras de construcción provienen de un predio perteneciente al mismo clan Gnecco en Valledupar llamado “El Consuelo”. Lo que concluye que los recursos públicos del país se quedan en las finanzas de los familiares de este mismo clan.
Se sabe que los elementos usados para la construcción del Centro Cultural de la Música Vallenata en Valledupar, también provenían de integrantes de la familia Gnecco, el cual sumaba una inversión de 140 millones de pesos.
“Quizás ahora se puede entender la obstinación y el capricho del gobernador para adjudicar este cuantioso contrato de 140 mil millones de pesos: Monsalvo no iba a poner solamente la primera piedra, al parecer, las va a colocar todas. Quien sabe a qué precio.”, afirmó Sanguino.
Cabe recordar que dentro del Clan Gnecco se encuentra el esposo de la directora de la Revista Semana, Vicky Dávila, quien también ha estado involucrados en escándalos por corrupción.
