“El crecimiento del primer trimestre se dio principalmente en las carteras hipotecarias, asistido por medidas gubernamentales para impulsar el crecimiento económico a través de subsidios para la población de ingresos bajos a medianos”, confirmó la calificadora.
Esto concluye que los subsidios que supuestamente benefician a los ciudadanos que ganan un salario mínimo, solo son un mediador para que los bancos se conviertan en los principales ganadores al propiciar el endeudamiento con dicha entidad. Las reglas de interés de estos subsidios solo benefician a los bancos de propiedad de Luis Carlos Sarmiento Ángulo, el hombre más rico de Colombia.
Además, el grupo Aval, Bancolombia y la banca internacional, tienen claro que la persona que decide tomar este subsidio, es porque no tiene recursos o ahorros y tendrá que invertir en los acabados de la vivienda, pues estas son entregadas en obra gris.
