Es importante recordar que el ministro manifestó y defendió su decisión sobre este contrato y dijo a La FM: «Conocí la aplicación de la metodología planteada por esta empresa y con mi equipo se consideró oportuno que se aplique en este sector que tanto necesita articular sus acciones y su capital de comunicaciones implementándolo en acciones pedagógicas» .
Por otro lado, el inaudito caso y que manifestó el periodista Enrique Tapias es que esta empresa siquiera tiene si documentación al día, ya que su matricula mercantil no se encuentra renovada.
