A la audiencia tendrá que asistir los recientes capturados Emilio Tapias, Luis Fernando Duque y Juan Laverde, quienes son los principales involucrados en el contrato que buscaba beneficiar a niños de bajos recursos con conexiones a Internet y a quienes se les entregó un anticipo de 70 mil millones de pesos.
La exfuncionaria deberá esperar la decisión del juez de garantías quien la define como víctima o no en el proceso. Se conoce que uno de los argumentos de Abudinen será su aparente desconocimiento en el fraude de las pólizas presentadas por Centros Poblados.
Cabe resaltar que Luis Fernando Duque ha sido uno de los primeros en rendir indagatoria en la Fiscalía y quién entregó detalles de su participación en dicho contrato.
