El 30 de enero de 2015, Óscar Iván Zuluaga respondió un interrogatorio de la Fiscalía en el caso del ‘hacker’. Allí afirmó que él no tenía responsabilidades administrativas o financieras en su campaña, solo tenía que convencer a la gente de que votara por él.
