El actor le envió un fuerte mensaje al senador de la Colombia Humana luego de que este interpusiera un recurso judicial por graves acusaciones.
Como lo había anunciado, el senador Bolívar interpuso una acción legal contra el actor Bruno Díaz ya que el congresista considera que este lo difamó e injurió en el video ‘Sin ética no hay paraíso’, en el que hizo público que el senador no le había pagado una deuda a su hijo, Diego Díaz.
Por medio de esta diligencia jurídica, Bolívar pedía que el actor se retractara sobre las declaraciones dadas, pero curiosamente ocurrió todo lo contrario.
Bruno Díaz publicó otro video en donde se desbordó nuevamente en contra de Bolívar con calificativos como: «‘falsario’, ‘cochambrero’, ‘chichigüero’, ‘excreto’, ‘morrongo’, ‘petulante’, ‘ameba’, ‘mezquino’, ‘tramoyero’, ‘cachupe’, ‘estrafalario’, ‘moscorrofio’, ‘rufián’, ‘calceto’, ‘tunante’, ‘baba’, ‘moco’, ‘doble faz’, ‘embaucador’, ‘papanatas’, ‘mamerto más rico de Colombia’, ‘bribón’, ‘bellaco’, ‘bufón’, ‘gurrupleta’, ‘blandito’ y ‘tipejo’”.
Además, Díaz agregó: “La tutela procede contra acciones u omisiones de autoridades públicas que amenacen o vulneren derechos fundamentales; o entre particulares cuando se encuentren en una situación de superioridad, estando el ciudadano indefenso. Soy yo quien estaría en una situación de indefensión respecto a usted, senador de la república”.
