“También quiero decirles que mientras que luego que pase la campaña y estén elegidos y empiecen a trabajar, el 10% del salario lo tienen que consignar aquí para seguir operando y yo descargarme de todos los gastos”, aseguró Hernández.
El audio se virilizó rápidamente y generó todo tipo de comentarios de ciudadanos de diferentes sectores del país, quienes aseguraron que no era nada nuevo al tratarse de temas políticos y corrupción.
Ante la oleada de críticas, el exalcalde de Bucaramanga se pronunció en la red social con un texto en donde indica que en el audio queda claro que él expone que se ha gastado 5.000 millones de pesos de su patrimonio en la campaña presidencial y agregó que “pedir contribuciones a quienes hacen parte de ese movimiento no es ilegal”.
Además, aseguró que el monto invertido para la campaña presidencial es por “ayudar al país” y finalizó diciendo que “debería darles pena”, pues según él eso si es “amor por la patria”.
